L’Oreal USA R&D, Clark NJ
MPA has provided boiler and mechanical services to the L’Oreal corporate campus in Clark, NJ for a number of years. We were excited to win the contract for a complete refurbishment of the company’s U.S. R&D facility boiler plant, valued at $497,000. Work was completed in 2013, and included the installation of AERCO hydronic heating boilers, AERCO domestic water makers, and Weil McLean boilers for process steam. The installation also included a new control system, high-efficiency pumps, and boiler room piping.
